For years, I followed every rule that was meant to guarantee me fulfillment - and I still felt boxed in by my own expectations. 

It took walking away from what looked like success to realize that life doesn’t need to fit inside someone else’s definition of purpose or progress. 

Now I help women like you. Women who’ve been running on empty and need to create space before they start thriving again. Space to listen, recalibrate, and rebuild from their own rhythm.
