Who is this course not for?

This is not for you if you have not ever experienced a monthly-ish hormonal cycle.

Why? Because the energy alignment lessons and exercises are based on menstrual or (for those who no longer experience menstrual cycles) lunar cycle patterns.

  • weekly lesson emails and check-ins spread out over 12 weeks

  • each lesson includes about 15-20 minutes of content, all uploaded into a YouTube playlist with links for sections within each lesson, so you can listen on-the-go, refer back and jump around as needed

  • plus an additional, not required, bonus lesson

A workbook

  • exercises for each lesson

  • exercises are designed to bring forth your specific insights so you can then apply and integrate into your life

Q&A Support**

with

  • a form to submit general questions

  • flexible opportunities to upgrade to 1:1 ad-hoc support to adapt, integrate and implement for your specific situation

 

**The self-study option includes a link with each lesson to submit general questions e.g., 

  • how to complete a task or an exercise 

  • if something I've shared is unclear and you need me to explain it in a different way 

For questions that would require us to dive into the context of your specific situation, you can also upgrade for some ad-hoc 1:1 support. You’ll see a separate link for this within each lesson, and you can book and purchase an ad-hoc session directly from those links. This is great if you’re working on an exercise and you feel stuck as you think of how you can apply it to your specific circumstances. 

Finally, if you feel that you would rather have more comprehensive or consistent support as you work through the course, I invite you to consider the comprehensive 1:1 support upgrade package. This package includes:

  • six (6) 30 minute 1:1 sessions

  • voice/text messaging support (you can expect me to reply typically within 24 hours, Monday - Friday)

Hello!

I'm Vidya Ramachandran, a self-leadership catalyzer and recalibration strategy consultant.

I help women women in midlife reclaim space, map their own rhythms, and dismantle the “shoulds” that keep them boxed in. Because when women are resourced, they create ripple effects that change everything. Together we clear the noise, recalibrate to their natural rhythms, and restore the capacity they’ve been missing.

My sister, my cousins & my friends say they admire my ability to make a change when I know something isn’t working for me. And I’ve pivoted a lot, changing job functions, starting & leaving a PhD program, evolving my business focus, living in 4 different regions of the US over 4 years.

But it’s because I’m in tune with my body and energy rhythms that I’m able to recognize when something’s not a fit for me. So that I can then recalibrate to an experience that’s more aligned.

And it continues to be a fascinating journey. Each time, I’m learning more; I’m more attuned to my inner spark (& what I’m truly passionate about); I’m feeling more fulfilled & vibrant; I’m being more unapologetic about divesting from what’s not working.
