Break Free

Five steps to take back your time, without overhauling your life

If time feels perpetually scarce, even when you’re organized and trying your best, we need to talk.

You’ve reached that point where your days are full, your plates are overflowing, and there’s still that sense of always being behind.

And the effort you put in doesn’t seem to change that feeling.

I’m offering you an opportunity to better understand your time, energy, and choices.

It makes sense that you’re exhausted

A lot of the women I work with are doing a huge amount.

They’re showing up for work, for family, for relationships, for causes that matter to them. They’re managing responsibilities that have been added to their pile over years. And they haven’t had the room to pause and ask whether they still fit.

I’d imagine that sounds familiar.

And, when your life feels like this, it’s easy to assume there’s a personal gap somewhere. That if you had better habits, more discipline, or could just focus, things would feel different.

What I see most often is something else entirely.

Lives that are shaped around obligations and expectations.
Roles that keep expanding, without much consideration for the human body carrying them.

That’s why I created this workshop - to give you space to see all this more clearly, and to begin relating to your time in a way that feels more humane.

What you’ll explore in this workshop

This hour is about understanding how your days are currently being shaped.
And discovering what is possible when you start from capacity rather than pressure.

Together, we explore how time, energy, and identity intersect - and how small shifts can create meaningful change. Without you having to dramatically overhaul your entire life.

During the workshop, you’ll spend time with questions like:

  • Where does your time actually go, beyond what your calendar shows?

  • Which parts of your day leave you depleted, and which ones make you feel human again?

  • Why does setting boundaries bring up discomfort, hesitation, or guilt?

  • How do roles and identity influence what you say yes to?

  • What does creating space look like in a way that feels realistic and sustainable?

You’re not expected to arrive with answers. The value is in noticing, reflecting, and experimenting gently with what you uncover.

I think about change differently

I’m sure you’ve read loads of books, listened to a stream of podcasts, and tried so many courses focused on doing more, managing better, or pushing through discomfort.

This workshop takes a different angle.
We treat life as a series of experiments rather than a performance.
And we prioritize space as the foundation for meaningful decisions.

If all the usual answers haven’t quite addressed what you’re feeling, then this is for you.

About Vidya

I’m Vidya.

I support women who are running on empty to create space first - to clear what no longer belongs, restore energy, and rebuild from a place of capacity.

My work blends lived experience, strategic thinking, and body-led awareness. It’s grounded in the belief that when women are resourced, they’re able to show up for their lives, their relationships, and their wider impact with steadiness and clarity.

This workshop offers a grounded introduction to how I work and how I think about change.

If this feels like a good moment

You don’t need to be at a breaking point to spend time with this material.
You don’t need a fully formed plan, or a clear idea of what should change next.

Sometimes the most supportive step is to pause long enough to understand what’s already happening - and to let new options emerge from there.

Imagine what you could discover?
